NEXT Phase Partners Team
Tina Bao
Tina co-founded Next Phase Partners after success in a number of sectors. She is an experienced operator in multi-site and route-based businesses, and has successfully facilitated two company exits.
Tina holds a degree from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business
Jon Dana
Jon has a deep background in operations leadership, consulting, and sales. His experiences range from leading retail operations for a global retailer to consulting with lower-middle market medical device companies to business development for a startup SaaS company. Most recently, Jon lead revenue operations for a service company which led to a successful exit.
Jon holds an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.A. from Illinois Wesleyan University.
